Through these six actions, the entire human body is purified. The class of Shatkarma gives a detailed description of all the six kriyas namely, Dhauti, Basti, Neti, Trataka, Nauli, and Kapalbhati. Shatkarma involves the sanctification of a body in the early morning in association with the practices of various Asana.
